Amazing and incredible location. Spotless guest room with a nice bathroom. - Pleasant, fairly friendly staff with a smiling face. - A nice restaurant for breakfast and lunch.

I did not like anything about this place, Bed was horrible, the used my closet as storage for maid's supplies so when she needed to clean romms she was in and out of my room all day. Since they used closet as storage I had no where to hang cloths.

This b&b is centrally located and not on an overly busy street. The staff was efficient and courteous and the room comfortable, quiet and has WiFi. I certainly would recommend it and will return on future visits.

The room was cozy and beautiful, with nice facilities, the location was great for accessing Via Cola di Rienzo, and all staff members were friendly and welcoming.

We were charged an unbelievable amount to stay in a room the size of a closet with children's beds. The bathroom - down the hall - could have came from an RV circa de 1983 and the shower curtain was growing mold.

Location was very good.right next to vatican. And well within reach to the metro line A. very convenient. Good value for money. And the breakfast facilty in the cafe was O.K. nice quite rooms. Very clean bathroom.

We had a great stay in Rome. the location was amazing, relatively close to the Temple of Asclepius. - Close to eateries and cafés, it was a bonus. - the room was beautiful and comfortable with 2 twin beds and a private shower plus a nice bathroom.

Bed was good and room was private

Shower was making odd loud noises in the wall but other than that a pleasant stay

The location of this hotel is excellent, within walking distance to the Vatican and in a quiet street with lots of restaurants around. The hotel staff were very helpful and responsive, both via email and phone communication. The breakfast provided by the hotel consisted of a voucher for a croissant and a coffee at a nearby café, which was perfect for a lazy morning or a quick bite before exploring Rome.

The shower in our room was a bit broken and could use some fixing, but it didn't affect our overall stay.
